Yoga is for all age groups. When taught to children by a skilled and qualified trainer, yoga can provide a high energy play-based experience that is also quiet and soothing. Yoga classes for children can help participants deal with issues caused by the demands and pressures of everyday life. Children who practice Yoga build confidence, develop awareness and improve their self-esteem. That is why we have designed this special yoga for tweens.
