It assimilates Yin yoga and pranayama meditation which are more internally driven long-held practices that allow introspection and self-resolution.

Qi stands for “breath” or “air”, which is a necessity of life, a force vital for survival. Gong represents motion, i.e., “work” or “effort”. It is the individual’s dedication and commitment. All this contributes to their learning, growth and eventually the venture’s prosperity.

Moving meditation is called Qi Gong, which represents positive flow of energies with a connotation of defined postures, poses and breathing patterns.
